Titus 3:9

μωρὰς δὲ ζητήσεις καὶ γενεαλογίας καὶ ἔρεις καὶ μάχας νομικὰς περιΐστασο· εἰσὶν γὰρ ἀνωφελεῖς καὶ μάταιοι.
mōras de zētēseis kai genealogias kai ereis kai machas nomikas periistaso· eisin gar anōpheleis kai mataioi.

But avoid foolish questions, and genealogies, and contentions, and strivings about the law; for they are unprofitable and vain.

But avoid foolish controversies and genealogies and arguments and quarrels about the law, because these are unprofitable and useless.
