Wherefore thou gavest their rulers to be slain, so that they dyed their bed in blood, being deceived, and smotest the servants with their lords, and the lords upon their thrones;
and so you handed their rulers over to be killed, so that they soaked their own beds in blood, deceived as they were, and you struck down servants along with their masters, and masters upon their thrones.
