Si el sol hubiere sobre él salido, el matador será reo de homicidio: el ladrón habrá de restituir cumplidamente; si no tuviere, será vendido por su hurto.
If the sun be risen upon him, there shall be blood shed for him; for he should make full restitution; if he have nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft.
Pero si esto ocurre después de la salida del sol, habrá culpa de sangre por él; deberá hacer restitución completa. Si no tiene nada, será vendido por su robo.
