2 Chronicles 13:7

וַיִּקָּבְצ֨וּ עָלָ֜יו אֲנָשִׁ֤ים רֵקִים֙ בְּנֵ֣י בְלִיַּ֔עַל וַיִּֽתְאַמְּצ֖וּ עַ֣ל רְחַבְעָ֑ם בֶּן שְׁלֹמֹ֕ה וּרְחַבְעָ֗ם הָיָ֤ה נַ֣עַר וְרַ֣ךְ לֵ֑בָב וְלֹ֣א הִ֠תְחַזַּ֠ק לִ֠פְנֵיהֶֽם׃
vayiqabṣv ʿalayv ʾanashiym reqiym bney bliyaʿal vayitʾamṣv ʿal rḥabʿam ben shlomoh vrḥabʿam hayah naʿar vrak lebab vloʾ hitḥazaq lipneyhem
King James Version (KJV)

And there are gathered unto him vain men, the children of Belial, and have strengthened themselves against Rehoboam the son of Solomon, when Rehoboam was young and tenderhearted, and could not withstand them.

Modern English

and certain worthless scoundrels gathered about him and defied Rehoboam the son of Solomon, when Rehoboam was young and irresolute and could not withstand them.
