2 Chronicles 30:12

גַּ֠ם בִּ֠יהוּדָ֡ה הָ֠יְתָ֡ה יַ֠ד הָ֠אֱלֹ֠הִ֡ים לָ֠תֵ֡ת לָ֠הֶ֡ם לֵ֠ב אֶחָ֡ד לַ֠עֲשׂ֡וֹת מִ֠צְוַ֡ת הַ֠מֶּ֡לֶךְ וְ֠הַ֠שָּׂרִ֡ים בִּ֠דְבַ֡ר יְהוָֽה׃

gam biyhvdah haytah yad haʾelohiym latet lahem leb ʾeḥad laʿasvot miṣvat hamelek vhashariym bidbar yhvah

Also in Judah the hand of God was to give them one heart to do the commandment of the king and of the princes, by the word of the LORD.
