2 Chronicles 33:4

וּ֠בָנָ֡ה מִזְבְּח֡וֹת בְּ֠בֵ֠ית יְהוָ֡ה אֲשֶׁ֣ר אָמַ֡ר יְהוָ֡ה בִּ֠ירוּשָׁלַ֡͏ִם יִהְיֶ֡ה שְׁמִ֡י לְ֠עוֹלָֽם׃

vbanah mizbḥvot bbeyt yhvah ʾasher ʾamar yhvah biyrvshala͏im yihyeh shmiy lʿvolam

Also he built altars in the house of the LORD, whereof the LORD had said, In Jerusalem shall my name be for ever.
