יִשְׁלָ֣יוּ אֹ֭הָלִים לְשֹׁדְדִ֑ים וּ֝בַטֻּח֗וֹת לְמַרְגִּיזֵ֥י אֵֽל לַאֲשֶׁ֗ר הֵבִ֥יא אֱל֗וֹהַּ בְּיָד֥וֹ׃
yishlayv ʾohaliym lshoddiym vbaṭuḥvot lmargiyzey ʾel laʾasher hebiyʾ ʾelvoha byadvo

The tabernacles of robbers prosper, and they that provoke God are secure; into whose hand God bringeth abundantly.

Modern English

The tents of robbers are at peace, and those who provoke God are secure — who bring their god in their hand.
