Nehemiah 3:2

וְעַ֣ל יָד֡וֹ בָּנ֡וּ אַנְשֵׁ֣י יְרֵח֑וֹ וְעַ֣ל יָד֡וֹ בָּנָ֡ה זַכּ֡וּר בֶּן אִמְרִֽי׃

vʿal yadvo banv ʾanshey yreḥvo vʿal yadvo banah zakvr ben ʾimriy

And next unto him builded the men of Jericho. And next to them builded Zaccur the son of Imri.
