Nehemiah 3:5

And next unto them the Tekoites repaired; but their nobles put not their necks to the work of their Lord.

And next to them the Tekoites repaired, but their nobles would not stoop to serve their Lord.

וְעַ֣ל יָדָ֡ם הֶחֱזִ֡יקוּ הַתְּקוֹעִ֡ים וְאַדִּירֵיהֶ֡ם לֹ֡א הֵבִ֡יאוּ צַוָּארָ֡ם בַּעֲב֡וֹדַת אֲדֹנֵיהֶֽם׃

vʿal yadam heḥeziyqv hatqvoʿiym vʾadiyreyhem loʾ hebiyʾv ṣavaʾram baʿabvodat ʾadoneyhem
