Nehemiah 7:2

וָאֲצַוֶּ֗ה אֶת חֲנָנִי֙ אָחִ֔י וְאֶת חֲנַנְיָ֖ה שַׂ֣ר הַבִּירָ֑ה עַל יְרוּשָׁלִַ֕ם כִּֽי הוּא כְּאִ֤ישׁ אֱמֶת֙ וִירֵ֣א אֶת הָאֱלֹהִ֔ים מֵרַבִּֽים׃

vaʾaṣaveh ʾet ḥananiy ʾaḥiy vʾet ḥananyah shar habiyrah ʿal yrvshaliam kiy hvʾ kʾiysh ʾemet viyreʾ ʾet haʾelohiym merabiym

King James Version (KJV)

That I gave my brother Hanani, and Hananiah the ruler of the palace, charge over Jerusalem: for he was a faithful man, and feared God above many.

Modern English

I gave my brother Hanani and Hananiah the governor of the castle charge over Jerusalem, for he was a more faithful and God-fearing man than many.
