Psalms 116:14

נְדָרַ֣י לַ֭יהוָה אֲשַׁלֵּ֑ם נֶ֝גְדָּה נָּ֗א לְכָל עַמּֽוֹ׃

ndaray layhvah ʾashalem negdah naʾ lkal ʿamvo
