Psalms 119:158

רָ֭אִיתִי בֹגְדִ֥ים וָאֶתְקוֹטָ֑טָה אֲשֶׁ֖ר אִמְרָתְךָ֣ לֹ֣א שָׁמָֽרוּ׃

raʾiytiy bogdiym vaʾetqvoṭaṭah ʾasher ʾimratka loʾ shamarv

I beheld the transgressors, and was grieved; because they kept not thy word.
