Psalms 15:4

נִבְזֶ֚ה ׀ בְּ֘עֵינָ֤יו נִמְאָ֗ס וְאֶת יִרְאֵ֣י יְהוָ֣ה יְכַבֵּ֑ד נִשְׁבַּ֥ע לְ֝הָרַ֗ע וְלֹ֣א יָמִֽר׃
nibzeh bʿeynayv nimʾas vʾet yirʾey yhvah ykabed nishbaʿ lharaʿ vloʾ yamir

In whose eyes a vile person is contemned; but he honoureth them that fear the LORD. He that sweareth to his own hurt, and changeth not.

Modern English

in whose eyes a vile person is despised, but who honors those who fear the LORD; who swears to his own hurt and does not change;
