Psalms 32:9

אַל תִּֽהְי֗וּ כְּס֣וּס כְּ֭פֶרֶד אֵ֣ין הָבִ֑ין בְּמֶ֤תֶג וָרֶ֗סֶן עֶדְי֥וֹ לִ֝בְל֗וֹם בַּל קְרֹ֥ב אֵלֶֽיךָ׃
King James Version (KJV)

Be ye not as the horse, or as the mule, which have no understanding: whose mouth must be held in with bit and bridle, lest they come near unto thee.

Modern English

Be not like a horse or a mule, without understanding, which must be curbed with bit and bridle, or it will not stay near you.
