Psalms 36:13

There are the workers of iniquity fallen: they are cast down, and shall not be able to rise.

There the evildoers lie fallen; they are thrust down, unable to rise.

שָׁ֤ם נָפְל֣וּ פֹּ֣עֲלֵי אָ֑וֶן דּ֝וּחוּ וְלֹ֣א יָכְל֣וּ קֽוּם׃
