Psalms 68:7

אֱלֹהִ֗ים מוֹשִׁ֣יב יְחִידִ֣ים בַּ֑יְתָה מוֹצִ֥יא אֲ֝סִירִ֗ים בַּכּוֹשָׁר֗וֹת אַ֤ךְ סוֹרְרִ֥ים שָׁ֝כְנ֗וּ צְחִיחָֽה׃
ʾelohiym mvoshiyb yḥiydiym baytah mvoṣiyʾ ʾasiyriym bakvosharvot ʾak svorriym shaknv ṣḥiyḥah
King James Version (KJV)

God setteth the solitary in families: he bringeth out those which are bound with chains: but the rebellious dwell in a dry land.

Modern English

God settles the solitary in a home; he leads out the prisoners to prosperity, but the rebellious dwell in a parched land.
