Psalms 77:2

קוֹלִ֣י אֶ֭ל אֱלֹהִ֣ים וְאֶצְעָ֑קָה קוֹלִ֥י אֶל אֱ֝לֹהִ֗ים וְהַאֲזִ֥ין אֵלָֽי׃

qvoliy ʾel ʾelohiym vʾeṣʿaqah qvoliy ʾel ʾelohiym vhaʾaziyn ʾelay

I cried unto God with my voice, even unto God with my voice; and he gave ear unto me.
