Psalms 89:35

My covenant will I not break, nor alter the thing that is gone out of my lips.

I will not violate my covenant or alter the word that went forth from my lips.

לֹא אֲחַלֵּ֥ל בְּרִיתִ֑י וּמוֹצָ֥א שְׂ֝פָתַ֗י לֹ֣א אֲשַׁנֶּֽה׃

loʾ ʾaḥalel briytiy vmvoṣaʾ shpatay loʾ ʾashaneh
