Psalms 89:36

אַ֭חַת נִשְׁבַּ֣עְתִּי בְקָדְשִׁ֑י אִם לְדָוִ֥ד אֲכַזֵּֽב׃

ʾaḥat nishbaʿtiy bqadshiy ʾim ldavid ʾakazeb

Once have I sworn by my holiness that I will not lie unto David.
