Fue, pues, adversario de Israel todos los días de Salomón, juntamente con el mal que hizo Hadad. Y aborreció a Israel y reinó sobre Siria.
And he was an adversary to Israel all the days of Solomon, beside the mischief that Hadad {did}: and he abhorred Israel, and reigned over Syria.
וַיְהִ֨י שָׂטָ֤ן לְיִשְׂרָאֵל֙ כָּל־יְמֵ֣י שְׁלֹמֹ֔ה וְאֶת־הָרָעָ֖ה אֲשֶׁ֣ר הֲדָ֑ד וַיָּ֙קָץ֙ בְּיִשְׂרָאֵ֔ל וַיִּמְלֹ֖ךְ עַל־אֲרָֽם׃
vayhiy shaṭan lyishraʾel kal-ymey shlomoh vʾet-haraʿah ʾasher hadad vayaqaṣ byishraʾel vayimlok ʿal-ʾaram
