Y fue que cuando Salomón era ya viejo, sus mujeres desviaron su corazón tras dioses ajenos; y su corazón no era perfecto con el SEÑOR su Dios, como el corazón de David su padre.
For it came to pass, when Solomon was old, {that} his wives turned away his heart after other gods: and his heart was not perfect with the LORD his God, as {was} the heart of David his father.
וַיְהִ֗י לְעֵת֙ זִקְנַ֣ת שְׁלֹמֹ֔ה נָשָׁיו֙ הִטּ֣וּ אֶת־לְבָב֔וֹ אַחֲרֵ֖י אֱלֹהִ֣ים אֲחֵרִ֑ים וְלֹא־הָיָ֨ה לְבָב֤וֹ שָׁלֵם֙ עִם־יְהוָ֣ה אֱלֹהָ֔יו כִּלְבַ֖ב דָּוִ֥יד אָבִֽיו׃
vayhiy lʿet ziqnat shlomoh nashayv hiṭv ʾet-lbabvo ʾaḥarey ʾelohiym ʾaḥeriym vloʾ-hayah lbabvo shalem ʿim-yhvah ʾelohayv kilbab daviyd ʾabiyv
