Vino, pues, Betsabé al rey Salomón, para hablarle por Adonías. Y el rey se levantó a recibirla, y se postró ante ella, y se sentó en su trono; e hizo poner una silla para la madre del rey, y ella se sentó a su diestra.
Bathsheba therefore went unto king Solomon, to speak unto him for Adonijah. And the king rose up to meet her, and bowed himself unto her, and sat down on his throne, and caused a seat to be set for the king's mother; and she sat on his right hand.
וַתָּבֹ֤א בַת־שֶׁ֙בַע֙ אֶל־הַמֶּ֣לֶךְ שְׁלֹמֹ֔ה לְדַבֶּר־ל֖וֹ עַל־אֲדֹנִיָּ֑הוּ וַיָּקָם֩ הַמֶּ֨לֶךְ לִקְרָאתָ֜הּ וַיִּשְׁתַּ֣חוּ לָ֗הּ וַיֵּ֙שֶׁב֙ עַל־כִּסְא֔וֹ וַיָּ֤שֶׂם כִּסֵּא֙ לְאֵ֣ם הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ וַתֵּ֖שֶׁב לִֽימִינֽוֹ׃
vataboʾ bat-shebaʿ ʾel-hamelek shlomoh ldaber-lvo ʿal-ʾadoniyahv vayaqam hamelek liqraʾtah vayishtaḥv lah vayesheb ʿal-kisʾvo vayashem kiseʾ lʾem hamelek vatesheb liymiynvo
