Y llegaron las nuevas a Joab; porque Joab había seguido a Adonías, aunque no había seguido a Absalón. Y Joab huyó al tabernáculo del SEÑOR y se asió de los cuernos del altar.
Then tidings came to Joab: for Joab had turned after Adonijah, though he turned not after Absalom. And Joab fled unto the tabernacle of the LORD, and caught hold on the horns of the altar.
וְהַשְּׁמֻעָה֙ בָּ֣אָה עַד־יוֹאָ֔ב כִּ֣י יוֹאָ֗ב נָטָה֙ אַחֲרֵ֣י אֲדֹנִיָּ֔ה וְאַחֲרֵ֥י אַבְשָׁל֖וֹם לֹ֣א נָטָ֑ה וַיָּ֤נָס יוֹאָב֙ אֶל־אֹ֣הֶל יְהוָ֔ה וֽ͏ַיַּחֲזֵ֖ק בְּקַרְנ֥וֹת הַמִּזְבֵּֽחַ׃
vhashmuʿah baʾah ʿad-yvoʾab kiy yvoʾab naṭah ʾaḥarey ʾadoniyah vʾaḥarey ʾabshalvom loʾ naṭah vayanas yvoʾab ʾel-ʾohel yhvah v͏ayaḥazeq bqarnvot hamizbeḥa
