Y se llegó un varón de Dios y habló al rey de Israel, diciendo: «Así dice el SEÑOR: "Por cuanto los sirios han dicho: 'El SEÑOR es Dios de los montes, mas no es Dios de los valles', yo entregaré toda esta gran multitud en tu mano, y sabréis que yo soy el SEÑOR."»
And there came a man of God, and spake unto the king of Israel, and said, Thus saith the LORD, Because the Syrians have said, The LORD {is} God of the hills, but he {is} not God of the valleys, therefore will I deliver all this great multitude into thine hand, and ye shall know that I {am} the LORD.
וַיִּגַּ֞שׁ אִ֣ישׁ הָאֱלֹהִ֗ים וַיֹּאמֶר֮ אֶל־מֶ֣לֶךְ יִשְׂרָאֵל֒ וַיֹּ֜אמֶר כֹּֽה־אָמַ֣ר יְהוָ֗ה יַ֠עַן אֲשֶׁ֨ר אָמְר֤וּ אֲרָם֙ אֱלֹהֵ֤י הָרִים֙ יְהוָ֔ה וְלֹֽא־אֱלֹהֵ֥י עֲמָקִ֖ים ה֑וּא וְ֠נָתַתִּי אֶת־כָּל־הֶהָמ֨וֹן הַגָּ֤דוֹל הַזֶּה֙ בְּיָדֶ֔ךָ וִֽידַעְתֶּ֖ם כִּֽי־אֲנִ֥י יְהוָֽה׃
vayigash ʾiysh haʾelohiym vayoʾmer ʾel-melek yishraʾel vayoʾmer koh-ʾamar yhvah yaʿan ʾasher ʾamrv ʾaram ʾelohey hariym yhvah vloʾ-ʾelohey ʿamaqiym hvʾ vnatatiy ʾet-kal-hehamvon hagadvol hazeh byadeka viydaʿtem kiy-ʾaniy yhvah
