Sirvió a Baal y lo adoró, y provocó a ira al SEÑOR Dios de Israel, conforme a todo lo que su padre había hecho.
And he did evil in the sight of the LORD, and walked in the way of his father, and in the way of his mother, and in the way of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who made Israel to sin:
וַיַּ֥עַשׂ הָרַ֖ע בְּעֵינֵ֣י יְהוָ֑ה וַיֵּ֗לֶךְ בְּדֶ֤רֶךְ אָבִיו֙ וּבְדֶ֣רֶךְ אִמּ֔וֹ וּבְדֶ֙רֶךְ֙ יָרָבְעָ֣ם בֶּן־נְבָ֔ט אֲשֶׁ֥ר הֶחֱטִ֖יא אֶת־יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
vayaʿas haraʿ bʿeyney yhvah vayelek bderek ʾabiyv vbderek ʾimvo vbderek yarabʿam ben-nbaṭ ʾasher heḥeṭiyʾ ʾet-yishraʾel
