Saúl dijo: «Descendamos de noche tras los filisteos y los saquearemos hasta el amanecer; no dejemos a ninguno de ellos.» Ellos dijeron: «Haz todo lo que te parezca bien.» Entonces el sacerdote dijo: «Acerquémonos aquí a Dios.»
And Saul said, Let us go down after the Philistines by night, and spoil them until the morning light, and let us not leave a man of them. And they said, Do whatsoever seemeth good unto thee. Then said the priest, Let us draw near hither unto God.
וַיֹּ֣אמֶר שָׁא֡וּל נֵרְדָ֣ה אַחֲרֵי֩ פְלִשְׁתִּ֨ים ׀ לַ֜יְלָה וְֽנָבֹ֥זָה בָהֶ֣ם ׀ עַד־א֣וֹר הַבֹּ֗קֶר וְלֹֽא־נַשְׁאֵ֤ר בָּהֶם֙ אִ֔ישׁ וַיֹּ֣אמְר֔וּ כָּל־הַטּ֥וֹב בְּעֵינֶ֖יךָ עֲשֵׂ֑ה וַיֹּ֙אמֶר֙ הַכֹּהֵ֔ן נִקְרְבָ֥ה הֲלֹ֖ם אֶל־הָאֱלֹהִֽים׃
vayoʾmer shaʾvl nerdah ʾaḥarey plishtiym ׀ laylah vnabozah bahem ׀ ʿad-ʾvor haboqer vloʾ-nashʾer bahem ʾiysh vayoʾmrv kal-haṭvob bʿeyneyka ʿasheh vayoʾmer hakohen niqrbah halom ʾel-haʾelohiym
