Y cuando la carta llegó a ellos, tomaron a los hijos del rey y degollaron a setenta varones, y pusieron sus cabezas en canastas, y se las enviaron en Jezreel.
And it came to pass, when the letter came to them, that they took the king's sons, and slew seventy persons, and put their heads in baskets, and sent him {them} to Jezreel.
וַיְהִ֗י כְּבֹ֤א הַסֵּ֙פֶר֙ אֲלֵיהֶ֔ם וַיִּקְחוּ֙ אֶת־בְּנֵ֣י הַמֶּ֔לֶךְ וַֽיִּשְׁחֲט֖וּ שִׁבְעִ֣ים אִ֑ישׁ וַיָּשִׂ֤ימוּ אֶת־רָֽאשֵׁיהֶם֙ בַּדּוּדִ֔ים וַיִּשְׁלְח֥וּ אֵלָ֖יו יִזְרְעֶֽאלָה׃
vayhiy kboʾ haseper ʾaleyhem vayiqḥv ʾet-bney hamelek vayishḥaṭv shibʿiym ʾiysh vayashiymv ʾet-raʾsheyhem badvdiym vayishlḥv ʾelayv yizrʿeʾlah
