But the high places were not taken away: the people still sacrificed and burnt incense in the high places.
וַיַּ֨עַשׂ יְהוֹאָ֧שׁ הַיָּשָׁ֛ר בְּעֵינֵ֥י יְהוָ֖ה כָּל־יָמָ֑יו אֲשֶׁ֣ר הוֹרָ֔הוּ יְהוֹיָדָ֖ע הַכֹּהֵֽן׃
vayaʿas yhvoʾash hayashar bʿeyney yhvah kal-yamayv ʾasher hvorahv yhvoyadaʿ hakohen
