E hizo lo malo ante los ojos del SEÑOR, como habían hecho sus padres; no se apartó de los pecados de Jeroboam hijo de Nabat, que hizo pecar a Israel.
And he did {that which was} evil in the sight of the LORD, as his fathers had done: he departed not from the sins of Jeroboam the son of Nebat, who made Israel to sin.
וַיַּ֤עַשׂ הָרַע֙ בְּעֵינֵ֣י יְהוָ֔ה כַּאֲשֶׁ֥ר עָשׂ֖וּ אֲבֹתָ֑יו לֹ֣א סָ֗ר מֵֽחַטֹּאות֙ יָרָבְעָ֣ם בֶּן־נְבָ֔ט אֲשֶׁ֥ר הֶחֱטִ֖יא אֶת־יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
vayaʿas haraʿ bʿeyney yhvah kaʾasher ʿasv ʾabotayv loʾ sar meḥaṭoʾvt yarabʿam ben-nbaṭ ʾasher heḥeṭiyʾ ʾet-yishraʾel
