Así temieron al SEÑOR aquellas gentes, y también sirvieron a sus ídolos; y también sus hijos y los hijos de sus hijos, como hicieron sus padres, así hacen hasta el día de hoy.
So these nations feared the LORD, and served their graven images, both their children, and their children's children: as did their fathers, so do they unto this day.
וַיִּהְי֣וּ ׀ הַגּוֹיִ֣ם הָאֵ֗לֶּה יְרֵאִים֙ אֶת־יְהוָ֔ה וְאֶת־פְּסִֽילֵיהֶ֖ם הָי֣וּ עֹֽבְדִ֑ים גַּם־בְּנֵיהֶ֣ם ׀ וּבְנֵ֣י בְנֵיהֶ֗ם כַּאֲשֶׁ֨ר עָשׂ֤וּ אֲבֹתָם֙ הֵ֣ם עֹשִׂ֔ים עַ֖ד הַיּ֥וֹם הַזֶּֽה׃
vayihyv ׀ hagvoyim haʾeleh yreʾiym ʾet-yhvah vʾet-psiyleyhem hayv ʿobdiym gam-bneyhem ׀ vbney bneyhem kaʾasher ʿasv ʾabotam hem ʿoshiym ʿad hayvom hazeh
