E hizo venir todos los sacerdotes de las ciudades de Judá, y profanó los lugares altos donde los sacerdotes quemaban incienso, desde Geba hasta Beerseba; y derribó los lugares altos de las puertas, el que estaba a la entrada de la puerta de Josué, gobernador de la ciudad, y el que estaba a la izquierda de la puerta de la ciudad.
And he brought all the priests out of the cities of Judah, and defiled the high places where the priests had burned incense, from Geba to Beersheba, and brake down the high places of the gates that {were} in the entering in of the gate of Joshua the governor of the city, which {were} on a man's left hand at the gate of the city.
וַיָּבֵ֤א אֶת־כָּל־הַכֹּֽהֲנִים֙ מֵעָרֵ֣י יְהוּדָ֔ה וַיְטַמֵּ֣א אֶת־הַבָּמ֗וֹת אֲשֶׁ֤ר קִטְּרוּ־שָׁ֙מָּה֙ הַכֹּ֣הֲנִ֔ים מִגֶּ֖בַע עַד־בְּאֵ֣ר שָׁ֑בַע וְנָתַ֞ץ אֶת־בָּמ֣וֹת הַשְּׁעָרִ֗ים אֲשֶׁר־פֶּ֜תַח שַׁ֤עַר יְהוֹשֻׁ֙עַ֙ שַׂר־הָעִ֔יר אֲשֶֽׁר־עַל־שְׂמֹ֥אול אִ֖ישׁ בְּשַׁ֥עַר הָעִֽיר׃
vayabeʾ ʾet-kal-hakohaniym meʿarey yhvdah vayṭameʾ ʾet-habamvot ʾasher qiṭrv-shamah hakohaniym migebaʿ ʿad-bʾer shabaʿ vnataṣ ʾet-bamvot hashʿariym ʾasher-petaḥ shaʿar yhvoshuʿa shar-haʿiyr ʾasher-ʿal-shmoʾvl ʾiysh bshaʿar haʿiyr
