2 Kings 24:4

וְגַ֤ם דַּֽם־הַנָּקִי֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר שָׁפָ֔ךְ וַיְמַלֵּ֥א אֶת־יְרוּשָׁלַ֖͏ִם דָּ֣ם נָקִ֑י וְלֹֽא־אָבָ֥ה יְהוָ֖ה לִסְלֹֽחַ׃

vgam dam-hanaqiy ʾasher shapak vaymaleʾ ʾet-yrvshala͏im dam naqiy vloʾ-ʾabah yhvah lisloḥa
