2 Kings 3:6

וַיֵּצֵ֞א הַמֶּ֧לֶךְ יְהוֹרָ֛ם בַּיּ֥וֹם הַה֖וּא מִשֹּׁמְר֑וֹן וַיִּפְקֹ֖ד אֶת־כָּל־יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃

vayeṣeʾ hamelek yhvoram bayvom hahvʾ mishomrvon vayipqod ʾet-kal-yishraʾel
