Entonces les preparó una gran comida; y cuando habían comido y bebido, los despidió, y ellos se fueron a su señor. Y nunca más vinieron bandas armadas de Siria a la tierra de Israel.
And he prepared great provision for them: and when they had eaten and drunk, he sent them away, and they went to their master. So the bands of Syria came no more into the land of Israel.
וַיִּכְרֶ֨ה לָהֶ֜ם כֵּרָ֣ה גְדוֹלָ֗ה וַיֹּֽאכְלוּ֙ וַיִּשְׁתּ֔וּ וַֽיְשַׁלְּחֵ֔ם וַיֵּלְכ֖וּ אֶל־אֲדֹֽנֵיהֶ֑ם וְלֹֽא־יָ֤סְפוּ עוֹד֙ גְּדוּדֵ֣י אֲרָ֔ם לָב֖וֹא בְּאֶ֥רֶץ יִשְׂרָאֵֽל׃
vayikreh lahem kerah gdvolah vayoʾklv vayishtv vayshalḥem vayelkv ʾel-ʾadoneyhem vloʾ-yaspv ʿvod gdvdey ʾaram labvoʾ bʾereṣ yishraʾel
