Y al día siguiente tomó un paño, y lo metió en agua, y lo extendió sobre el rostro del rey, y murió. Y Hazael reinó en su lugar.
And it came to pass on the morrow, that he took a thick cloth, and dipped {it} in water, and spread {it} on his face, so that he died: and Hazael reigned in his stead.
וַיְהִ֣י מִֽמָּחֳרָ֗ת וַיִּקַּ֤ח הַמַּכְבֵּר֙ וַיִּטְבֹּ֣ל בַּמַּ֔יִם וַיִּפְרֹ֥שׂ עַל־פָּנָ֖יו וַיָּמֹ֑ת וַיִּמְלֹ֥ךְ חֲזָהאֵ֖ל תַּחְתָּֽיו׃
vayhiy mimaḥorat vayiqaḥ hamakber vayiṭbol bamayim vayipros ʿal-panayv vayamot vayimlok ḥazahʾel taḥtayv
