Pero el rey Joram había regresado a curarse en Jezreel de las heridas que le habían hecho los sirios cuando peleó contra Hazael rey de Siria. Y dijo Jehú: «Si esto es vuestro deseo, que no escape ninguno de la ciudad para ir a declararlo en Jezreel.»
But king Joram was returned to be healed in Jezreel of the wounds which the Syrians had given him, when he fought with Hazael king of Syria.) And Jehu said, If it be your minds, {then} let none go forth {nor} escape out of the city to go to tell {it} in Jezreel. {Joram: Heb. וַיָּשָׁב֩ יְהוֹרָ֨ם הַמֶּ֜לֶךְ לְהִתְרַפֵּ֣א בִיְזְרְעֶ֗אל מִן־הַמַּכִּים֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר יַכֻּ֣הוּ אֲרַמִּ֔ים בְּהִלָּ֣חֲמ֔וֹ אֶת־חֲזָאֵ֖ל מֶ֣לֶךְ אֲרָ֑ם וַיֹּ֤אמֶר יֵהוּא֙ אִם־יֵ֣שׁ נַפְשְׁכֶ֔ם אַל־יֵצֵ֤א פָלִיט֙ מִן־הָעִ֔יר לָלֶ֖כֶת לגיד לְהַגִּ֥יד בְּיִזְרְעֶֽאל׃
vayashab yhvoram hamelek lhitrapeʾ biyzrʿeʾl min-hamakiym ʾasher yakuhv ʾaramiym bhilaḥamvo ʾet-ḥazaʾel melek ʾaram vayoʾmer yehvʾ ʾim-yesh napshkem ʾal-yeṣeʾ paliyṭ min-haʿiyr laleket lgyd lhagiyd byizrʿeʾl
