Y el atalaya que estaba en la torre de Jezreel vio venir la tropa de Jehú, y dijo: «Veo una tropa.» Y Joram dijo: «Toma un jinete y envíalo a recibirlos, que diga: "¿Hay paz?"»
And there stood a watchman on the tower in Jezreel, and he spied the company of Jehu as he came, and said, I see a company. And Joram said, Take an horseman, and send to meet them, and let him say, {Is it} peace?
וְהַצֹּפֶה֩ עֹמֵ֨ד עַֽל־הַמִּגְדָּ֜ל בְּיִזְרְעֶ֗אל וַיַּ֞רְא אֶת־שִׁפְעַ֤ת יֵהוּא֙ בְּבֹא֔וֹ וַיֹּ֕אמֶר שִׁפְעַ֖ת אֲנִ֣י רֹאֶ֑ה וַיֹּ֣אמֶר יְהוֹרָ֗ם קַ֥ח רַכָּ֛ב וּֽשְׁלַ֥ח לִקְרָאתָ֖ם וְיֹאמַ֥ר הֲשָׁלֽוֹם׃
vhaṣopeh ʿomed ʿal-hamigdal byizrʿeʾl vayarʾ ʾet-shipʿat yehvʾ bboʾvo vayoʾmer shipʿat ʾaniy roʾeh vayoʾmer yhvoram qaḥ rakab vshlaḥ liqraʾtam vyoʾmar hashalvom
