And Nathan departed unto his house. And the LORD struck the child that Uriah's wife bare unto David, and it was very sick.
וַיֵּ֥לֶךְ נָתָ֖ן אֶל־בֵּית֑וֹ וַיִּגֹּ֣ף יְהוָ֗ה אֶת־הַיֶּ֜לֶד אֲשֶׁ֨ר יָלְדָ֧ה אֵֽשֶׁת־אוּרִיָּ֛ה לְדָוִ֖ד וַיֵּאָנַֽשׁ׃
vayelek natan ʾel-beytvo vayigof yhvah ʾet-hayeled ʾasher yaldah ʾeshet-ʾvriyah ldavid vayeʾanash
