Y cuando estaban junto a la gran piedra que está en Gabaón, vino Amasa a su encuentro. Y Joab estaba ceñido con su ropa de guerra, y sobre ella tenía ceñida una espada sujeta a su cadera en su vaina; y al avanzar él, cayó.
When they {were} at the great stone which {is} in Gibeon, Amasa went before them. And Joab's garment that he had put on was girded unto him, and upon it a girdle {with} a sword fastened upon his loins in the sheath thereof; and as he went forth it fell out.
הֵ֗ם עִם־הָאֶ֤בֶן הַגְּדוֹלָה֙ אֲשֶׁ֣ר בְּגִבְע֔וֹן וַעֲמָשָׂ֖א בָּ֣א לִפְנֵיהֶ֑ם וְיוֹאָ֞ב חָג֣וּר ׀ מִדּ֣וֹ לְבֻשׁ֗וּ ועלו וְעָלָ֞יו חֲג֥וֹר חֶ֙רֶב֙ מְצֻמֶּ֤דֶת עַל־מָתְנָיו֙ בְּתַעְרָ֔הּ וְה֥וּא יָצָ֖א וַתִּפֹּֽל׃
