2 Samuel 8:15

וַיִּמְלֹ֥ךְ דָּוִ֖ד עַל־כָּל־יִשְׂרָאֵ֑ל וַיְהִ֣י דָוִ֗ד עֹשֶׂ֛ה מִשְׁפָּ֥ט וּצְדָקָ֖ה לְכָל־עַמּֽוֹ׃

vayimlok david ʿal-kal-yishraʾel vayhiy david ʿosheh mishpaṭ vṣdaqah lkal-ʿamvo
