The nations also heard of him; he was taken in their pit, and they brought him with chains unto the land of Egypt.
וַיִּשְׁמְע֥וּ אֵלָ֛יו גּוֹיִ֖ם בְּשַׁחְתָּ֣ם נִתְפָּ֑שׂ וַיְבִאֻ֥הוּ בַֽחַחִ֖ים אֶל־אֶ֥רֶץ מִצְרָֽיִם׃
vayishmʿv ʾelayv gvoyim bshaḥtam nitpas vaybiʾuhv baḥaḥiym ʾel-ʾereṣ miṣrayim
