Habakkuk 1:7

אָיֹ֥ם וְנוֹרָ֖א ה֑וּא מִמֶּ֕נּוּ מִשְׁפָּט֥וֹ וּשְׂאֵת֖וֹ יֵצֵֽא׃
ʾayom vnvoraʾ hvʾ mimenv mishpaṭvo vshʾetvo yeṣeʾ
