«Habla ahora a Zorobabel, hijo de Salatiel, gobernador de Judá, y a Josué, hijo de Josadac, el sumo sacerdote, y al remanente del pueblo, diciendo:
Speak now to Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and to Joshua the son of Josedech, the high priest, and to the residue of the people, saying,
אֱמָר־נָ֗א אֶל־זְרֻבָּבֶ֤ל בֶּן־שַׁלְתִּיאֵל֙ פַּחַ֣ת יְהוּדָ֔ה וְאֶל־יְהוֹשֻׁ֥עַ בֶּן־יְהוֹצָדָ֖ק הַכֹּהֵ֣ן הַגָּד֑וֹל וְאֶל־שְׁאֵרִ֥ית הָעָ֖ם לֵאמֹֽר׃
ʾemar-naʾ ʾel-zrubabel ben-shaltiyʾel paḥat yhvdah vʾel-yhvoshuʿa ben-yhvoṣadaq hakohen hagadvol vʾel-shʾeriyt haʿam leʾmor
