Speak to Zerubbabel, governor of Judah, saying, I will shake the heavens and the earth;
אֱמֹ֕ר אֶל־זְרֻבָּבֶ֥ל פַּֽחַת־יְהוּדָ֖ה לֵאמֹ֑ר אֲנִ֣י מַרְעִ֔ישׁ אֶת־הַשָּׁמַ֖יִם וְאֶת־הָאָֽרֶץ׃
ʾemor ʾel-zrubabel paḥat-yhvdah leʾmor ʾaniy marʿiysh ʾet-hashamayim vʾet-haʾareṣ
