Por eso se levantará un estruendo de batalla entre tu pueblo, y todas tus fortalezas serán destruidas, como Salmán destruyó a Bet-arbel en el día de la batalla; la madre fue destrozada junto con sus hijos.
Therefore shall a tumult arise among thy people, and all thy fortresses shall be spoiled, as Shalman spoiled Betharbel in the day of battle: the mother was dashed in pieces upon {her} children.
וְקָ֣אם שָׁאוֹן֮ בְּעַמֶּךָ֒ וְכָל־מִבְצָרֶ֣יךָ יוּשַּׁ֔ד כְּשֹׁ֧ד שַֽׁלְמַ֛ן בֵּ֥ית אַֽרְבֵ֖אל בְּי֣וֹם מִלְחָמָ֑ה אֵ֥ם עַל־בָּנִ֖ים רֻטָּֽשָׁה׃
vqaʾm shaʾvon bʿameka vkal-mibṣareyka yvshad kshod shalman beyt ʾarbeʾl byvom milḥamah ʾem ʿal-baniym ruṭashah
