y hallé como nido las riquezas de los pueblos; y como se recogen los huevos abandonados, así reuní yo toda la tierra; y no hubo quien moviese el ala, ni abriese la boca, ni chirriase.»
And my hand hath found as a nest the riches of the people: and as one gathereth eggs {that are} left, have I gathered all the earth; and there was none that moved the wing, or opened the mouth, or peeped.
וַתִּמְצָ֨א כַקֵּ֤ן ׀ יָדִי֙ לְחֵ֣יל הָֽעַמִּ֔ים וְכֶאֱסֹף֙ בֵּיצִ֣ים עֲזֻב֔וֹת כָּל־הָאָ֖רֶץ אֲנִ֣י אָסָ֑פְתִּי וְלֹ֤א הָיָה֙ נֹדֵ֣ד כָּנָ֔ף וּפֹצֶ֥ה פֶ֖ה וּמְצַפְצֵֽף׃
vatimṣaʾ kaqen ׀ yadiy lḥeyl haʿamiym vkeʾesof beyṣiym ʿazubvot kal-haʾareṣ ʾaniy ʾasaptiy vloʾ hayah noded kanaf vpoṣeh peh vmṣapṣef
