This {is} the purpose that is purposed upon the whole earth: and this {is} the hand that is stretched out upon all the nations.
זֹ֛את הָעֵצָ֥ה הַיְּעוּצָ֖ה עַל־כָּל־הָאָ֑רֶץ וְזֹ֛את הַיָּ֥ד הַנְּטוּיָ֖ה עַל־כָּל־הַגּוֹיִֽם׃
zoʾt haʿeṣah hayʿvṣah ʿal-kal-haʾareṣ vzoʾt hayad hanṭvyah ʿal-kal-hagvoyim
