Isaiah 24:11

צְוָחָ֥ה עַל־הַיַּ֖יִן בַּֽחוּצ֑וֹת עָֽרְבָה֙ כָּל־שִׂמְחָ֔ה גָּלָ֖ה מְשׂ֥וֹשׂ הָאָֽרֶץ׃
ṣvaḥah ʿal-hayayin baḥvṣvot ʿarbah kal-shimḥah galah msvos haʾareṣ

{There is} a crying for wine in the streets; all joy is darkened, the mirth of the land is gone.
