El carpintero anima al platero, y el que alisa con el martillo al que golpea en el yunque, diciendo de la soldadura: «Buena está»; y lo sujeta con clavos para que no se mueva.
So the carpenter encouraged the goldsmith, {and} he that smootheth {with} the hammer him that smote the anvil, saying, It {is} ready for the sodering: and he fastened it with nails, {that} it should not be moved. {goldsmith: or, founder} {him...: or, the smiting} {saying...: or, saying of the soder, It is good}
וַיְחַזֵּ֤ק חָרָשׁ֙ אֶת־צֹרֵ֔ף מַחֲלִ֥יק פַּטִּ֖ישׁ אֶת־ה֣וֹלֶם פָּ֑עַם אֹמֵ֤ר לַדֶּ֙בֶק֙ ט֣וֹב ה֔וּא וַיְחַזְּקֵ֥הוּ בְמַסְמְרִ֖ים לֹ֥א יִמּֽוֹט׃
vayḥazeq ḥarash ʾet-ṣoref maḥaliyq paṭiysh ʾet-hvolem paʿam ʾomer ladebeq ṭvob hvʾ vayḥazqehv bmasmriym loʾ yimvoṭ
