Alcen la voz el desierto y sus ciudades, y las aldeas donde habitó Cedar; canten los moradores de Selá, den voces de júbilo desde la cumbre de los montes.
Let the wilderness and the cities thereof lift up {their voice}, the villages {that} Kedar doth inhabit: let the inhabitants of the rock sing, let them shout from the top of the mountains.
יִשְׂא֤וּ מִדְבָּר֙ וְעָרָ֔יו חֲצֵרִ֖ים תֵּשֵׁ֣ב קֵדָ֑ר יָרֹ֙נּוּ֙ יֹ֣שְׁבֵי סֶ֔לַע מֵרֹ֥אשׁ הָרִ֖ים יִצְוָֽחוּ׃
yishʾv midbar vʿarayv ḥaṣeriym tesheb qedar yaronv yoshbey selaʿ meroʾsh hariym yiṣvaḥv
